Preparing For Your Trip

Labrie Lobster Tours is operated on a working commercial lobster boat so you can experience first hand what it is like to harvest Homarus Americanas (American Lobster), the tastiest and most sought after lobster in the world.

As part of the real-life experience, mother nature will have her say.  It is generally cooler on the ocean than onshore, so please dress accordingly.  Sunscreen, hat, proper footwear, and layered clothing are recommended.

Are you worried about possible sea sickness?  Consider taking a non-drowsy motion sickness medicine such as Dramamine 1-hour before arriving at the dock.

Due to weather conditions, for the safety of our passengers, the captain, crew and the vessel, Labrie Lobster Tours reserves the right to cancel or attempt to reschedule any trip and would typically be done so at least a day in advance.

Amenities

Please bring any food or drink you wish to consume. â€‹

Limited alcohol consumption is permitted while at sea except when young children are on board.  Hard liquor and glass bottles are prohibited.

There is a camp toilet in the cabin for the ladies.  For the men, you know the drill, you can use the large urinal otherwise known as the Atlantic Ocean.

Directions

The boat is moored on a private working dock in Portsmouth, NH just two minutes from the fabulous Atlantic Grill restaurant in Rye, NH.  Directions will be emailed to you directly once your booking is confirmed.
